Gresham College lecture on creative computers

It was fun prepare this lecture especially as I came to conclusion that creativity was a rather under studied topic. What do we mean by creativity? Why are the different types of creativity lumped together? In my experience someone who can solve problems might not be able to compose a tune or write a novel but, in English at least, they get lumped together.

I've illustrated this post with that fantastic painting "Edmond de Belamy" which is an example of system called a GAN (a Generative Advesarial Network).
