Gresham College lecture on information

My inaugural lecture for Gresham College covered the topic of Information. Not information in the everyday sense, but information as originally defined by Claude Shannon. Their website is quite comprehensive and includes not only a natty YouTube video but also the slides and a "transcript" (It's not a transcript but rather some accompanying notes).
